Robert Lantz is a member of Castle Lantz Maricle Murray, LLC with over 28 years of experience as a commercial litigator, transactional attorney, and insolvency professional. Mr. Lantz also has extensive experience in briefing and arguing cases on appeal in both state and federal appellate courts.

Mr. Lantz works with individuals and businesses developing tactics and strategies to allow them to succeed in the marketplace, effectively address possible litigation and existing litigation, and seek solutions when insolvency or bankruptcy seems imminent. Mr. Lantz’s background in both the public and private sectors gives his practice a capacity to help clients analyze and interpret trends and economic patterns to anticipate challenges and manage effective actions for growth and change, economic contraction, and client adaptation to new economic and technological realities. Mr. Lantz has authored several articles and continuing legal education materials on topics including international insolvency, bankruptcy, real estate, and integrity in business.

Mr. Lantz serves the community by providing leadership and assistance to non-profit organizations throughout the Denver metropolitan area. Mr. Lantz is the President of the Denver Council on Foreign Relations, he is a volunteer attorney for the Alliance to Lead Impact in Global Human Trafficking (ALIGHT), and a Member of the Board of Directors for Sox Place, a teen drop-in shelter.
