Ms. Rogers joined Castle Lantz Maricle, LLC in August of 2020 with over fifteen years of experience as a transactional and litigation attorney. Her practice has focused primarily on the representation of mortgage lenders, secured creditors, lessors, homeowners associations, metropolitan districts, financial institutions and individuals in both litigation and transactional matters. Ms. Rogers’ practice covers commercial and residential real estate transactions, title and title insurance matters, quiet title actions, mortgage lending, commercial and residential mortgage loan foreclosures, creditors’ rights, mortgage loan modifications, commercial and residential evictions, bankruptcy, corporate and business law.
Ms. Rogers has been a frequent speaker and participant on panels around the country at national conferences and seminars related to the mortgage default industry including state and federal regulatory compliance. She is a founding member of the Colorado Creditors’ Bar Association. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counselor Education from the University of Louisiana and her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. She is a member of the American, Colorado, Denver, and Colorado Women’s Bar Associations.
